After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject:
“You have successfully scheduled your Income Tax Preparation appointment…”
Important: Please check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
The email is sent from: Trafft Booking System no-reply@trafft-mail.com
Inside the email you will find two options:
- Click the “Cancel appointment” link to cancel your appointment.
- Click the “Reschedule appointment” link to change the date or time.
If you still can’t find the email, please contact us and we will assist you.
